Villanelles: an Everyman Library Pocket Poets anthology

After the sonnet, the villanelle is the second most popular form in English and American poetry.

The 2012 anthology issued by Knopf documents the history of the form, includes canonical instances, and collects a generous selection of contemporary villanelles, among them “The Chankiri Tree” by Robert Schultz.

Book launch events included a reading at The Bowery Poetry Club in New York City.
